“Mamadou is the new owner of this Jewelry store and is an experienced and talented jeweler, it is no longer owned by “Robert” which is who I believe all the negative reviewers have had bad experiences with.
That being said, I have been here a few times to have pieces repaired and have always been greeted with kindness, promptness, and professionalism.

“My wife was working with Tiffany to update her wedding & engagement ring, resetting the stones in white gold. My wife would have liked to add an additional band with stones but opted not to spend the money to do that. I was able to work with Tiffany to surprise my wife with the additional band. She worked with me in the background and helped me perfectly time coming into the store. She kept my wife distracted at the counter so I could walk up behind her and present the ring. My wife was very surprised. Her response was big enough that everyone in the store was aware of what was going on. It went perfectly. It was all coordinated by Tiffany with just a bit of help from other staff to guide me in and hand me the ring. Thank you Tiffany and Hannoush for helping make a such special memory!”
“After reading wonderful reviews about repairs at Emerald Jewelers, I was excited to give them a try. I had a charm bracelet I’ve been looking to put together- I had all the charms and the chain but I needed a skilled jeweler to attach everything and ensure it was secure. Emerald Jewelers was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to look at the layout I wanted, make advisements on the jump rings, and an approximate timeline. The bracelet was done significantly earlier than estimated and it looks beautiful. It was given to me cleaned and shined and everything looks very secure and well done. Their price was not inexpensive but it was not unreasonable either and I believe it’s worth paying for something to be done right. Thank you to the team at Emerald Jewelers!”

“This place is amazing! Youssef is a VERY talented and professional jeweler. I brought him a $5000 watch that was missing all of its 18k gold bits on the bezel. He was able to design and manufacture 5 of these little bits of 18k gold to fit the bezel! You can’t even tell it’s not original. Excellent service and very well done!”
