Lee and his father were super nice, fast, and very fair with pricing. They quickly got me in the next day to fix a leaking exhaust. My son (4 years old) and I waited while they fixed the car, which only took 30 minutes. They also shared several toy cars while my son was there, and even gave him one as a gift, which is now his favorite car! I was really suprised at just how good this shop was, and would recommend it to anyone. They have my business from now on.

After 6-7 years of business with this place they lost me as a customer today. I have brought multiple vehicles here for different needs for years. Spent thousands over the years.
Today I brought my 2024 Civic for its yearly inspection. I arrived at 945am. I rang the bell in the office. The old gent that owns the place walked up and took my keys and registration. After sitting in the office for over an hour and watching 3 different customers come and go after waiting and waiting and not getting served I decided to walk oitaide to the garage bays.
The inspection bay is empty and my car is where I parked it. The old man is working on another car. I walk up and ask him how much longer for my inspection and tell him I've been waiting for over an hour. He throws his sawzall on the ground and starts yelling at me saying I need to ring the bell and give him my keys and registration. Thing is I already did that over an hour prior. He tells me he doesn't have my keys. Starts storming around the shop swearing and yelling at me. He had my keys and registration the entire time and forgot about me. Instead of apologizing he berated me and throws a fit like a child.
He then proceeds to pull my car into his shop to inspect it. He slams my door so hard all the change in the door fell onto the floor. The cars almost brand new. This is a professional business acting this way. The entire time him and his son were screaming at each other throwing tools around the shop.
It was an absolutely awful experience and completely unexpected. I wasted almost 2hrs on a beautiful Friday. Instead of an apology I get my door slammed and yelled at.
I would never spend a penny at this place. The owner and his son need anger management. The most unprofessional businessman I've ever dealt with BY FAR.
