I entered an agreement for one of the smaller units in April of 2024 for $35 a month. In August I was charged $59. The manager told me that I had been notified by mail (I hadn't) and that my rental agreement had stated my rental cost could increase. In fact it does say that, and it can even increase twice in one calendar year. I understand that is what I agreed to but I guess it was my naivety to assume they wouldn't almost double the cost less than six months later. And when I saw they could do it again with no repercussions I ended my lease. From what I can tell so far on my credit card statement at least there are no fee's associated with this but still. I would hate to be somebody who really just needed some things out of their home for relatively cheap only to be forced to pay almost double and not have the physical ability to move their property. Really ridiculous, I should've listened when people told me storage unit chains are a scam.

Be careful storing your things here. My unit was broken into and a lot of my things were taken. A huge chunk of it was under a year old. There are no cameras in any area where the units are. Only the office, the outside of the building and when you first walk in have cameras. False advertising saying “exceptional security” and “manager living onsite”. I did file a police report. I am very upset this happened and I’ve had no follow up calls from management. I hope this never happens to anyone else.

The rental was very easy to do. Facility is very clean. The manager of the facility was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I loved my experience there. The place was very organized and cleaned well. The store manager, Maria, helped me with everything I needed and was very welcoming. Will be coming again !!!

I got scammed! I rented a unit for an advertised price in August, and now they are trying to raise my rate more then double! I received a “promotional “ price that “expires”. My agreement does not include any clause about promotional pricing, but the staff is quick to point out where it states that they can change your rate at anytime. So this is clearly part of their business model-scamming people. The woman at the desk was nice, but management will only honor your rate if you are willing to prepay 6months to a year. So after only a couple of months, I will need to move my belongings out because $150 a month for a storage unit the size of a small closet is not worth it. I would not recommend using this storage facility, go anywhere else but here.

Maria and Matt are amazing at this location! Can not say enough how people friendly they are and how the customer service there just flows! We gave been to other storages in the past where people make you feel like your a bother but not at this location they make you feel like your time is worth everything! The willingness to attend to a customers needs is 100% here!
