make sure to read what you order before paying. I didn't ask for extra cheese on either sandwich but yet the guy felt the need to add it anyway so i made sure to tell him to take the extra charge off my order. IDC that it's an extra buck, its the fact you are making me pay extra for something i didn't order! get it together McDonalds, ya'll charge so much as it is and don't even offer healthy options anymore like salads. pfffff

Had to go to the dry thru twice because they had the order incorrect. I noticed one error prior to paying at the window. A they fixed that, but then, when my granddaughter opened her happy meal, there was a cheeseburger instead of chicken nuggets that I had ordered. I had to get back in line and go through again.I understand mistakes could be made.And I don't have a problem with that, but it really would have been nice if someone could have just said Sorry that happened but they did not, they just handed me the correct happy meal and never even said thank you or apologized for the inconvenience.

Just bought a 6 piece nuggets and only had 4 pieces in it.. so frustrating this is why you guys are on min wage. Few months later here I am again supposedly milkshake machine down guys come on we all know u are too lazy to fill the machine. How do u say it ? Fight for 15 no wonder
