“Love this Walgreens! Every time I go there, the cashier at the front desk always greets me with a warm "Welcome to Walgreens". They are all very helpful. The pharmacy staff could use the same training, as they sometimes seem 'done with their job' and don't want to be as helpful. Overall, for a chain store; I still feel like it's a local and friendly operation.”
“This review would have been a 1 star had I not filled out a survey with my issues purchasing tires. I received a call today from the automotive manager (Timra) who wanted to rectify the issue. Timra was wonderful to talk to and came up with the solution to train store leads on how to get tires after the service dept closes. I was impressed that she brought a solution so other customers won't have the same problems. This is exactly how customer complaints should be handled. She took the initiative herself to want to make a change for the store and to help costumers get the products they want. If you need tires ask for Timra!!!”

“Been here many times, a few of those times I've had problems at the self-checkout (my issues, not theirs) and the people who work here are super friendly, patient and helpful. I've finally gotten around to writing this review to commend whatever they are doing with their staff. Are they training them better? Treated nicer by management? They all deserve a raise ; ) Haven't experienced such great customer service in a long time.”
