Very helpful learning about houses and what to look for while myself and my fiance began our house hunt. Dan had a demonstrated knowledge of issues to look out for and what are dealbreakers. He also kept his eyes out for property we would like after getting to know us and had no issue making long drives to view houses with us. Would recommend to anyone house hunting.
