Walked in with my son’s gaming computer with an error message. He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it fast and for a great price. Owner was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will not go anywhere else for electronic repair again. Excellent establishment!

Luis the owner is one of the most friendly and hardworking people you’ll find. He does a lot more than iPhone repair (though he’s an expert at that and you won’t find anyone else better in our area). His shop is worth the visit!

I brought my son's gaming pc with multiple problems. I was lucky to find this shop because they are honest, friendly, helpful and priced very well. Now that I know he can fix electronics (motherboards, phones, pcs, software) I have a list of broken items I plan to fix as I can. Amazing business to work with.

Just wanted to take a minute to let everyone know how great Prime Electronics is on lakeview ave, across from CVS. I absolutely mangled my phone today and i walked into Prime Electronics 10 minutes before they closed. I was going to buy another iPhone and just go home and set it up but unfortunately he was sold out because of Christmas. He instead fixed the screen on the phone while i ran to the bank to get cash. By the time i got to Jean D’arc and back the phone was already fixed and ready to go! Amazing customer service and saved me hundreds of dollars! You’d be doing yourself a disservice taking your business elsewhere!

I'm a teacher who stupidly only saves work to her USB drive with no back-up. Today I went to use my USB and it wouldn't open at all (tried multiple computers). Years of work were gone, leaving me overwhelmed and frustrated. We took my USB stick to Prime Electronics and he had it fixed within no time at a very reasonable cost. What a life saver! I'll be coming back with any other electronic repairs in the future. Thank you so much Luis!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I have to in this case. I have been going to prime electronics and doing business with Luis for years. He has never once disappointed me. His customer service skills are amazing and he’s always delivered with a fair price. I would recommend this place to everybody.
