Stopped by multiple days and left multiple msgs, during what says normal, open business hours on the door and voicemail. - No calls back. If your not open multiple days a week you should probably change the signage on your door. Can't rate the service, so I give a zero for zero service!

Terrible place to go!! Please don’t go here even if you want the simplest thing done. Went in to get a watch adjusted and they wouldn’t even do it. Very RUDE and NOT professional. I guess if your not paying $100’s or $1,000’s of dollars here your not getting any service and your not being treated with respect. Very disappointed and very unfortunate for them.

I wouldn't know. He's never open. I went to DracutJewery instead. Very professional and got a new clasp for a necklace in less than 15 minutes at a fair price. I'll definitely go there again.

My wife dropped off a number of my watches at Robert's Jewelers to receive new batteries. After over a week of waiting we were finally told they were ready. When we went to get them we were informed that he had replaced all of the batteries but the watches still did not work. He stated that it must be something else. However, he still charged us even though the watches were not working. I have since taken the watches to another jeweler and had the batteries replaced. Amazingly, each watch works fine. It is my belief that he did not actually do any work on the watches and simply said they are broken. I would highly recommend avoiding this jeweler and going to ****************************** instead.

I asked my husband to get my white gold diamond necklace repaired because a link had broken right near the clasp. He brought it to Robert's Jewelers and it has been nothing but a headache since he dropped it off. Firstly, the owner kept putting off the date of when the repair would be complete; closing the store randomly, avoiding phone calls, and saying he was out for a family emergency. Finally, after many attempts, my husband got the necklace back, but NOT in the state that we gave it to the jeweler. The necklace we dropped off was in pristine shape, aside from the one broken link near the clasp... Well, when it was returned to us, the white gold setting that holds the diamonds was visibly darker. Upon further inspection, the white gold appeared to be blackened from some sort of burn. Parts of the chain, and also the clasp, had black burn marks on them that wouldn't come off with soap, water, or jewelry cleaner. The worst part was that about eight links towards the pendant part of the necklace (NOT the link that was broken originally near the clasp) were all fused together in one long, hard, metal clump. To say I was furious was an understatement. I decided to bring it to a reputable jewelry store to hopefully fix what he had done, and after assessing the damage, they suggested I bill the jeweler who tried to "repair" this necklace because the damage he did was irreversible. Luckily, the diamonds are unharmed and still intact, but I had to purchase an entire new white gold chain to replace the one he burned and melted. The diamond pendant needs to be re-plated because of the burn damage. Now on top of the repair costs my husband paid to Robert's Jewelers, I'm out another $170 to replace the chain and have the pendant repaired. I'd be willing to take down or edit my review if he covered all costs associated with the damage he caused, but judging by the way he normally handles business (ie: just not responding to customers or avoiding them altogether), we won't be seeing any money from him.

I under no circumstance would leave my jewelry here. I recently left my Mom's ring that she left to me at Robert's to be sized. It was there for a month and in that month I was given the run around the entire time. Finally I got my ring back and Robert hadn't even touched it! It added to all of my heartbreak at one of the most difficult times of my life. He's a bumb!

I have been trying to pick up 2 of my daughters chains for over a month now. Robert repeatedly says comeback on such and such day I will be open and every time I go he is never there. There is never any signage posted saying he’s closed. You can never leave a message on his answering machine because he said he can’t return your call (like a normal business owner would) states it may take 1-3 business days. I don’t understand how someone can run a business so poorly. Highly advise do not ever come here, looking at prior reviews it seems to be a common occurrence for him. A report will be filed.

My daughters name plate chain was dropped off to be repaired over a week ago and you have not returned my calls, emails, and have not been open at the shop. My boyfriend has gone by several times and no signage has been posted about closing. We need her chain back immediately to take elsewhere to be fixed. Lack of communication is very upsetting.Update: 2 weeks later and still no necklace, has stated necklace was ready after multiple calls and emails and said he was open 2 times now and have stopped by the shop and he was closed. DO NOT GO HERE! Will be filing a report.

I have been waiting 2 weeks now for my diamond ring to he sized. I have called repeatedly and drove to the store just to find once again the store closed and vacant! Last message left for customers from Robert was he would be in Tues., Oct. 13 to return customers belongings! Seriously upset!!!Now it's Friday, October 16, 2020 you still have not returned my ring that was bequeathed to me my late mother which I told you on Sept. 30th the day I dropped it off to you. My mother just passed August 30th this ring means sooo much to me as you know. I have left many messages and driven by the store on numerous occasions. I cannot believe that another human can be so under handed and insensitive. I am physically sick by this! Have you not any honor at all!!! I just want my ring I can get it sized elsewhere! Now where talking GRAND LARCENY!It is now Oct. 20, 2020 the store is still closed. I do hope u get better but with that said I cannot understand why u would take customers personal belongings and not return them or have someone else return them. I am truly sorry if u are ill but I don't understand why everyone must bear that weight too!

Purchased a few things from here when I first moved to Dracut 4 years ago, fine experience. Went there a year and half ago to get my watch battery replaced for $25 for my Movado everything was fine as well . Went in there yesterday to get the battery replaced again and was told the battery replacement is $45. I’ve never heard of a battery replacement costing that much. I luckily still have my receipt to prove that I paid $25 but the owner insisted that he doesn’t charge that much for a battery replacement. I’m no longer going here for jewelry or repair/replacements.
