We purchased a 2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible from Michael this week and very pleased with the professionalism, high level of customer service, and relaxed, low pressure atmosphere. I found his dealership through Carfax website which gave me confidence I was getting a high quality vehicle by knowing its history. He arranged to have a BMW dealer do some minor recall work, and delivered it to our home an hour and a half away. Very happy with our decision to buy from Route 101 Auto Sales. Thank you, Michael.

Route 110 Auto is the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. I was looking for a used convertible to replace my 27 year old convertible. I called them up Wednesday morning to ask for a test drive at lunch time. Loved the car and was driving it home 20 hours later. Mike is a very kind, zero pressure sales man. I hadn't bought a used car in a very long time. Mike helped get everything done so I could be driving the car the next day. They have a very low dealer processing fee and the car was priced correctly. All of the cars on their lot we in great condition and are at a reasonable prices. I cannot state it enough, this was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. If I ever need a used car again, I will check there site first and I will be saving their info into my phone and offering it to anyone who needs a great used car. My sister will be needing 2 car for my nieces in a few years and Mike will be the first person I call.

Excellent vehicle purchase experience! I highly recommend thus far! They have alot of nice vehicles and no pressure ! They had no issue letting me get a vehicle 3rd party pre-inspected before sale which other used car dealers huff and puff at.

Swung by on my lunch break as I’ve started early stages of car shopping. I called ahead to make sure the vehicle was available. When I arrive, the car was ready for me out front. Mike took a copy of my license, put on a plate, handed me the keys, and let me check it out. At no point did he pressure me, sit me down to talk numbers, or even ask if I wanted to purchase the car. When I came back from the drive, I handed him the keys, he asked how I liked it, and let me go on my way, no pressure at all! This is almost unheard of at dealerships. I appreciate the respect and friendliness. When I’m ready to purchase I will definitely see if he has anything available for me!

We did not make a deal but Michael was very nice and his vehicles are reasonable priced. Because his markup starts out low, don't expect him to have much room to haggle.

Such a bad experience with ROUTE 110 AUTO! I buy a 2011 highlander from them and the rare window has a problem they told me they will fix the rare window.and as I pay the amount and told me for pickup the rare window problem will fix ..after 3,4 days I went to pick up the car they didn't even touch the rare window and didn't fix it .i was so disappointed.personally I will not recommended ROUTE 110 AUTO to anybody!

While I appreciated the initial casual atmosphere Mike, his wife, and mother offered at Rt 110 Auto, the car he sold me has broken down several times in the 4 months I’ve owned it at no fault of my own. He had taken in the car I bought to repair the issues, only to have them reappear soon after. Total cost of repairs I need on my car exceeds $11k and he does not acknowledge a fraction of them. Car is currently in shop being worked on while I am left without transportation in the beginning weeks of a new job. Be wary shopping at Rt 110 Auto.
