Soft Suds Car Wash does a great job and has wonderful and polite people working there. They are a step above similar car washes. The team is exceptionally nice and provides a level of service, care, and concern that is not found everywhere. They are always very nice and wash cars well and quickly. The car wash is very clean and has good condition equipment. It offers both self-serve and tunnel wash options, and the self-serve area takes credit cards. However, the vacuums are outdated and not always strong. Despite this, Soft Suds Car Wash is a great place to get a car wash, with a fantastic team and good equipment.

Valentine's day wash was not so good. The guy only spray pre wash and used the brush only on the back of the car. The sides and front where still dirty after coming out the other side. Just laziness on the part of the guy manning the car wash. Also I thought the rotating brushes where out too far that day.

The car wash itself does a great job and the people who work there are wonderful and polite! However, the vacuums are outdated and oftentimes are not as strong in their suction. But ... Compared to similar car washes they are a step above! Looking forward to all the upgrades coming up soon! Like next week I think! Woot...

Paid $14... drove to the next parking lot to do some shopping and notice that the bottom of the car, all the way around, is dirty.
Disappointed 😞
