I am writing to inform the owner and relevant parties that the Speedy Mart location has an unusually high number of negative reviews on Google. As a Google reviewer who supports local businesses, I visited the location to assess the situation and provide feedback. During my visit, I witnessed a customer being denied service when attempting to pay with change, despite state law requiring businesses to accept all forms of US currency. I will be addressing this issue in my Google review and may file a personal complaint with the owner. I urge the owner to be aware of the numerous customer complaints regarding employee behavior and to consider hiring new staff.

Rude employees, high prices on everything except their low quality gasoline. Won't be back when there's so many other options in the area.

The level of professionalism is less than one star. Around my card outside put in the correct pin number and it did not fill my car. I then use a different card use my PIN number was accepted and did not fill my car. Both processes were denied after accepting the pin number which is uncomfortable as it is to give. I then went inside and did it again and he said do it as credit instead of putting in my PIN number but it holds at least $100 to $125 if you use credit function. Unacceptable and instead of the Clark coming out and doing it himself which is his job, he tells me to cancel out my transaction outside which was locked in gridlock and did not reset. And he still didn't come out of the store and I went to three different locations as well in the same gas station to hopefully get a working one and none of it worked. I don't care whether or not you get this fixed you're getting one star minus one star

Indian lady was so rude after only spending 5 minutes deciding which products to buy, she ANGRILY said uncalled for things. Didn't want to buy anything after that so I just left. She needs to be fired

This awful place with a rude clerk told me I could not use the restroom even after I told the man I was 6 months pregnant, which you can clearly tell I am, I told him that I was traveling from northern NH and I really needed to use the restroom. I literally saw the sign for a “public restroom” in the store so it’s fair to assume they had one available. I purchased $20 worth of gas, I was a paying customer not a random person on the street asking. According to this clerk the owner doesn’t allow anyone to use their “public restroom” cuz people make a mess. Isn’t that what you hire staff for, to clean up the store?! Thank you for making me go outside behind your store.. I’m sure that was a good look for your business.. I’ll never come here again and I hope whoever is reading this will not spend their money at this place. They are rude and have no respect. ??

Stopped to fuel up, the gas pump never clicked when the tank was full! Opened a claim there was gass all over the ground, my boots, pant legs. My car stunk like fuel for days. The response from there claims department "no one else complained about it. I have been putting my own gas in for years and that has never happened, I was not sitting in my car, the rubber boot that is supposed to stop gas from spraying was all the way up the nozel and deteriorated.. I bet if I was wearing a three piece suit driving an expensive car I'm sure it would have been taken seriously.

I'm done with these guys.Now they introduced yet another membership shenanigan where you need to be a membership otherwise you pay 5 cents a gallon more.And no, the Speedway points card is NOT this new membership thingy. And no, I'm not signing up for yet another membership. I'll gas somewhere else...And their ____ printers never work, and probably won't again. You need to go inside for the receipt. One of the rude employees says "Oh yes, don't bother with that, going forward you'll need to come inside every time for the receipt.". What? Too hard to put paper out there?I'm done with Speedway.

Stale goods and snacks sometimes no expiration date on products.Kids! shouldn't be biting into a rock hard stale lemon pies amongst many other products.

They say it takes a village, and Speedy Mart is most definitely part of our village. Thank you for your incredible services today. After a long day at work, the guys at Speedy Mart really came through. I would recommend this gas station to anyone.

Gas is cheap, Store has everything..Its not Speedway but I like it fine..Actually a few cents cheaper than Speedway
