I'm with all the negative reviews. Forgot the shipping label and when they printed it out, asked for $4.00. Seriously, $4.00 for one piece of paper. I can see some charge but $4.00 and not disclose the cost of the paper before printing it. When asked why it was so much, the response was because they are connected to the internet. Thanks for the intelligence insulting response. Just shook my head and walked away. Will be contacting UPS and filing a complaint. Will also contact the Attorney Generals office. I've read their responses in a number of reviews. They are not world class, they price gouge, and simply trying to cover the poor and illegal business practices. The UPS store at Drum Hill is much better so suggest going there.

I am surprised to see all of the negative comments and reviews. I have been going to this UPS store for years and the gentleman there is always very nice. Just busy. I even went there one time needing a notary public to sign an application paper to obtain a proper license for a job with the Massachusetts CCC and he did it for free. I am in that store once a week and have never had a problem. Sometimes people just have bad days. Maybe these people encountered him on a bad day IDK. I will actually be going there on Monday with a very large box and expect nothing but professionalism from him. I wish to extend my deepest appreciation to the man that runs the UPS store in the variety store is one solid guy. Don’t listen to all these haters. They must have a personal vendetta against this man.

I have been there a few times since it is the closest ups store to my home however the employees are ubrupt, rude and unattentive. They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them.

This place has the worst customer experience ever. The man who works there, Sanji Patel, is so rude, every time its a problem to drop off a package, he has bad attitude, bad disposition and want to charge for everything. He always make things harder than they are. The company should have better people working there.

Usually the guy who man’s the UPS desk is kind but today the person working the register for the convenience store came over to the UPS part of the store and was rude. His delivery on speaking in what needed to be done in order to return a SHEIN item could have been better. You’re in a customer service job be kinder to people.

They are absolute scammers because I’m a quality control associate for a private company and my shipments were already pre covered by my company, they still charged me 4 dollars each package I’ll never step foot in this store I wouldn’t even recommend my worst enemy to go their because the day after I went to the ups store in salem and they charged me no money there really is heartless people and the guy was really rude do not come to this store!!!
P.S you guys should fire the elder Indian guy if you still want customers!!
