Koryne is the best! She assisted me with my kitchen and was very patient. She designed a gorgeous kitchen!!!! When the cabinets were delivered to our house, it was her day off. She met me (on her day off) and the delivery truck to make sure everything went smoothly. She physically took the cabinets off the truck with Dan, the other manager in New Bedford. I honestly could not have had better service. Koryne is an asset to Home Outlet. I would hire her in an instant to run my company. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Purchased all supplies for our bathroom renovation. Great experience working with the associate. While bathroom being worked on noticed small issue with a cabinet. Spoke with Josh, he took care of us and the issue with NO hassle what so ever. Great customer experience! We will continue to shopping there!

You'll find better prices here than most home improvement stores but a smaller selection. Nevertheless it's a good place if your doing any home improvements.

If you buy the unfinished oak cabinets, I would highly recommend deep cleaning the wood, and/or shellacking it before painting. I unpacked everything and did one coat primer, two coats finish and the oils(?) / dirt(?) came through the white paint. This has happened on two different orders, though this one has been the worst so far.Other than that, I've been happy with the construction of the boxes, and the employees have all been really nice. Good prices too.

A small department store in Dudley that sells products for the kitchen, bathroom, flooring and other parts of the home. It's not The Home Depot but you can find some products with not so low prices. there is parking in front of the store with exclusive spaces for wheelchair users and access for wheelchair users as well.

I'll do anything to not go to Home Depot or Lowes which usually means I'm making consessions on price (at the least) but that wasn't my experience.I was left alone to browse until I had questions, then I was given ample time to ask all my ignorant questions, and all of them were answered. No upselling or condescending BS. He even anticipated some questions and answered them before I asked.The experience was a welcome departure from what I get at THD, where it's hard to find help... let alone help that can manage to string 2 sentences together.I'm glad I came to the Home Outlet. I'll definitely be back again and again.

The guys at the Home Outlet in Dudley, MA were fantastic. They patiently answered our questions, and cut the outdoor carpet we bought for me and even helped me load it up! If I could give more stars I would, I will go back again and again, thanks guys!

I have been using this store for years. I own and flip multiple properties and found that although the selection may not be as extensive as larger stores they have great prices. The reason I keep coming back here is because of the staff. The people who work here really know their supply and how to help. Most recently I worked with a kitchen designer who recommended I check measurements because they did not seem accurate and she was correct! When my cabinets came in, 2 employees helped me load them in my truck. Great job!

Ordered cabinets and custom countertops , counter tops were cut wrong , paid for 3 feet not needed , island had backsplash on it , cabinets were scratched , ordered and paid for scratch kit that was green , cabinets are blue/grey went back and was told they don't make a scratch kit in that color , missing back piece of island cabinets , ended up paying more then expected .extremely unsatisfied!
