I was recommended by a friend to go to this place for a sticker on a Saturday so went to Bernie's for a sticker at 9 am and it was close to 9:06 am and this was my very first time at this establishment and one of the employee's gave me an attitude when I asked how much longer it would be there was 4 cars waiting 2 different lines, I had no idea I was supposed to be in a line hence it was my first time there and this employee has never met me before...
I will never go back to Bernie's ever again very rude !!
Long story short I got in my vehicle and lefh and i went somewhere else and got my sticker in and out with no problems..

Place is supposed to open at 9am. Its 11 am ive been sitting here for 2 hours for a sticker and noone has shown up. Bunch of people keep pulling in and then giving up after like 35 mins , and the funniest part is this same exact thing happend last year. Hours late. Pathetic. Ill never return.

I have 2 antique vehicles that needed inspection last year. The 2 men who did the inspection were very efficient and extremely polite +Since that experience I have taken my everyday car and my granddaughters car and again give this shop 5+ ?Thanks again bernies
