This store is fine, but I only go there when my car is already up in the air and I need to go somewhere walkable. They are remarkably stingy with returns. They have a big stupid sign above the counter that says “this is not returnable, that is not returnable, all sales final” even if they give you the wrong part. Not the sign is very noticeable, because it’s basically on the ceiling. They gave me the wrong oil filter for the trim level of car that I had and the guy complained to the entire time I was doing the return like I was taking his personal money out of his pocket which was bizarre and it was really insult to injury because it was a 40 minute round-trip walk back to NAPA to go get the correct oil filter.Most of the people there are nice, but there is this older guy that is always weirdly stern. I went in there looking for power steering fluid a while back and I said that “I’m pretty sure it’s automatic transmission fluid” and he looked over his glasses at me and said “No, you mean power steering fluid - not ATF.” as if I were a fool for saying ATF.Well, sir, my car’s owner’s manual says ATF so you can go ahead and push those glasses back up your nose.Three stars because the rest of the staff are friendly, but like I said, I only come here if I have to because of the return policy.

Glad they had what I think I needed - based on YouTube. Leak in rear 2012 Nissan Murano. Hope the windshield sealant I got solves this major issue.
