I stopped in today without an appointment to ask if someone could take a look at our rear frame, since another mechanic mentioned it might be rotting. Right away, someone went under the car and walked me through exactly what was going on. He gave me an honest opinion that it wasn’t worth fixing and explained why, all without charging me a thing. He took time out of his workday to make sure I understood the situation, and that kind of honesty and care is rare. We’ve brought our cars here after accidents before, and this experience only confirms that we’ll continue to. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Had my 2024 Mazda Cx-5 repaired here through a third party insurance claim after colision to rear bumper/quarter panel. Staff were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Work was done within a week, looks great with no issues so far. Precision of Dudley made it very easy, took care of the insurance side as well as rental car delivery and retrieval. Also helped when I left behind my EZpass, twice! Much better experience than previous auto body repair, would definitely recommend and return for future work.

I recently had some bodywork done at Precision Auto Rebuilders in Dudley MA after an accident, and I couldn't be more pleased. Not only was the repair on my truck flawless, but they also used all factory parts down to all hardware. The entire process was smooth and easy, from scheduling to final delivery. I'm truly impressed with their service and craftsmanship. They definitely deserve an A+!

Hit a Deer in October and these guys not old fixed her up but made her look as if I was driving it off the lot again for the first time. Incredible detail put into the fix and one of the best details.

Took my 2 year old Blazer for some repair. Was going to sell it when I got it fixed. After 2 weeks I got it back. It is better than brand new. No way I'm selling now. Thank You Precision!!
