Horrible owners, Jekyll & Hyde. I had a little trouble and was falling behind. didn’t care. Worked with me a little bit and then just didn’t want to deal with me. Due to the fact, I lost two jobs in the same year. Added all sorts of fees, then added the lien fee that they told me it was. come to find out they put a freaking ad in the paper And said that was going to cover the cost of the ad for two weeks. He told me if I got caught up and was out on a certain time I wouldn’t have to pay the hundred dollar lien fee. I have it in writing. So even though I always managed to come up with the money to get myself caught up when i fell behind, I’m still Being forced out. I’ve taken money from my car payment and other payments just to make sure that these people got paid. They have no legal reason to make me move out if my bill is paid but they’re kicking me out Anyway. I asked them to cut off my old lock because it was rusting and I couldn’t find my husband’s bolt cutters and I bought a pair that weren’t big enough and he says Yep no problem. Just let me know when you’re gonna be there but it’s gonna be $30. TO CUT A LOCK!! I will never deal with these people again And I hope no one else goes there. They also have another site. Unfortunately, the wife was a previous aquaintance. I learned my lesson.

Highly recommend their services. The owners take pride in their Family owned- Local business. Shout out to the front office for doing a good job out there.

Nice storage facility! Well laid out and clean spaces for units. Owners are super responsive and rates are fair. Grounds are well maintained and in a safe area. Easy contact-less signup and contracts, pleasure to work with them.
