Obviously it might not always be that fast, but I also like how knowledgeable the staff members are, and there isn’t a crazy wait to get prescriptions or anything else. Highly recommend.”

“I’ve been a customer here for going on 10 years! I was shocked to see the low reviews this week when I searched CVS to call about an RX. I have had nothing but awesome interactions with this amazing staff! The pharmacy team had gone out of their way for me on multiple occasions to fill things quickly. They’ve called around to find things I need. They’ve checked in on me when I was panicking about my fertility RX not arriving in time. I can’t imagine how stressful their jobs are normally, and especially with how busy this location is. This team gets a 10/10 and I’ll still come here when we move even though there’s another pharmacy closer ???”

“It is impossible not to give the Associates and the management of the Kingston, MA store any grade but a “Ten.” The store is set up where you receive a greeting when you enter the door. If you have a need to see where an item you wish to purchase is in the store, they tell you where the item is then walk with you to the item and point it out to you. They then ask can we help in any other way and if a not, they repeat “: have a good day” and return to what they were doing. That type of customer service is an example of management encouraging the associates to always think of how we could make shopping in CVS enjoyable”

“I have not heard why the drive through pharmacy is sporadically closed. When it is open there's many cars in line. My point for writing this review is to give Denise the pharmacy worker kudos for her patience & kindness. She deserves a raise!! There is no where on the website to let the manager know about her excellent customer service.”

“I agree that the lines at the pharmacy are long and it takes a bit of time to get to the front of it but I wanted to share the experience I had this week that will help keep me patient when I find myself in long lines.. As I patiently waited in line, I could hear the young man behind the counter taking his time with each of the customers and giving them his full attention and dedication to their questions. When it was my turn, he took the extra steps to find out why my 86-year old father’s inhaler was $493! Ultimately, it’s because insurance wouldn’t cover it but he gave me suggestions and alternatives to get a lower price. So I guess my point here is, his service and especially his kindness was worth the wait. Thank you.”

“On the night of Christmas Day at around 9pm-11pm, I was experiencing a dental emergency. This is the only 24hr pharmacy, and I was in so much pain I was nauseous. My dentist wasn’t able to get the prescription for an antibiotic through, but the pharmacy lady wearing Maroon Scrubs was so beyond helpful. This woman told me what to take from the aisle to help with my specific symptoms She was the only honest health professional in this entire ordeal, and now I am much better. Not all heroes wear capes, most of them work the night shift on Christmas.”

“Every time that I come into the store I am always greeted. The staff there go above and beyond for their customers. Treat them with respect and they will do the same for you. Their pride for the store shows with how well they keep it clean and the trouble they go through to make sure that all of their customers have the best experience. It goes without saying that this is the best Walgreens around. Not to mention the pharmacy staff too!!! A+ job, team.”
