My grandmother’s service dog accidentally pooped in the store we cleaned it up the best we can my grandmother apologize to the manager. The manager gave her attitude and people around us were being mean I run out rate the products in the store bad but I would rate the customer service bad.

Waited 15 minutes for them to attempt to find a prescription they had called me for. Gave their own technicians tips on where to find my prescription. They didn’t have my updated insurance information which was given. When I gave my physical form of insurance, a white elderly woman refused to put in my insurance information making me late for work. They also slammed the workers door in my face and said “ go get help over there” this altercation took 45 minutes; much less than it would ever take for them to do their jobs and give the prescription to the customer. A worker stepped in asking what was wrong with my insurance and why she didn’t put it in and she had no reasoning as to why my insurance was “declined” when I knew the information was accurate. Do not let these people handle your medication, they barely can spell people’s last names nor are they able to provide customer care.

I feel like every time I come here the shelves just aren't stocked. When I go to other CVS stores this isn't an issue. Maybe things just get sold out faster at this store, but it's frustrating. The store itself is clean and the staff are generally friendly and helpful, but the inventory issues make it less reliable for quick errands. Hoping they improve restocking soon.

First of all I found rats in one of the aisles and I was scared for my life second of all rude customer service and even a customer tried to fight me over some tampons and finally awful employees

Decent. Haven't experienced anything crazy. Second option for area CVSs. Called pharmacy though and was asked to leave a detailed message ..yea no.

I called before I went to pick up my prescriptions they told me after 1pm I walk all the way there in the cold then they tell me they are closing come back after 2pm why couldn't they just say that before I walked there I tell them I walked in the cold they didn't care the pharmacist had a bad attitude

Terrible pharmacy. After 5 months of issues getting my prescriptions (processes changed every time I went, prescriptions are never ready, refill policies always different). Staff couldn’t care less and they have made it very clear.After 5 months of whatever this mess is, I moved to another pharmacy. ??
