Terrible pharmacy. After 5 months of issues getting my prescriptions (processes changed every time I went, prescriptions are never ready, refill policies always different). Staff couldn’t care less and they have made it very clear.After 5 months of whatever this mess is, I moved to another pharmacy. ??

If could write a review with zero stars I would. I was loyal to CVS for several years in FL and NY, never had an issue, till I got to this CVS in 210 Border st East Boston. Except a couple employees like a Lady, Vanessa is her name and one other gentleman, the rest of people there are rude and mean to costumer, they are not friendly and they treat you as if you are asking them to give you something for free. The woman in the drop off window, her name is Lennie she is so mean and unfriendly, two of the managers I met are not friendly or helpful at all. That’s why after about 25 years been a CVS costumer I too my medications now to the WALGREENS across the street

Picked up packages from this store many times before. But today had an extremely underwhelming interraction with their general manager, Perry Tam, about UPS packages pick up. Terrible, facetious attitude, eye-rolling, huffing and puffing, all amplified by some kind of cultural barrier.All in response to the suggestion that if they require the physical ID it needs to be made clear to the customer before coming to the store following the instructions on the UPS slip. There is noting wrong in having UPS at least specify that it's a CVS store, not just an address and that a different policy applies. Especially, when the policy doesn't state that a PHYSICAL ID is required and presented with an electronic version along with the UPS pickup slip.In any case, with this attitude the details don't matter. Will be transferring prescriptions to Walgreens on Meridian and instructing UPS not to forward to them. How one makes it to a general manager position and doesn't learn how to talk to customers is beyond me.

This CVS located at,210 Border St. (Eastie).Can definitely use morePharmacists!I've observed "them" @ work, and I've seen how customers become, antsy/& anxious, as I myself experienced the same,,So, there's Only 1 way to resolve this matter, Hire More Pharmacists!I'm sure it will Help..These Pharmacists are working their fingers to the bone.I'm unable to stand up on my own, and it's difficult & embarrassingfor I've the Need to ask a person in line to 'vouche' for me and tell the next customer,"The woman sitting on the Chair, Is next afterI'm done!"I don't know why, CVS, Hasn't had any, "Spotters," to see this for themselves."Both Pharmacists;"Paige and Faisal"they're 2 of,"The Best Pharmacists."

The pharmacy is terrible. I had wisdom tooth surgery and my surgeons system was down so he had to give me a paper prescription (no biggie) and this pharmacy LOST my pain medication prescription. When my fiancée called and asked about it (since I can barely speak) the pharmacist (male) said "I can't hear you" and hung up on her, then didn't even try to call back. She drove down to ask in person and that's when they told her that they lost the physical prescription. How does that happen. I've never had an easy experience with this pharmacy and will be switching to another one.

The customer service at this CVS pharmacy is the worst ever. The pharmacists have a terrible attitude, and are rude and always in a very bad mood. This happens in person and on the phone. They way they treat customers is detrimental and disrespectful. I was there today and witnessed how one of the pharmacists yelled at a customer (an older woman who looked very sick) for simply asking a dosis question on her medication.

We come to this cvs for prescription and snacks. They always have great service! We were always asked if we needed help finding anything. We always found what we needed. If I can make a small recommendation, sell Oat-Ly please, lol.

For a place that deals with medicine that people need to live they seem to have zero regard for human life or any type of empathy and compassion or the ability to help other people beyond what they were assigned to do if you this place is Despicable and I would absolutely never get my medicine from here again the gentleman who answered the phone at 8:20 was entirely unhelpful and dismissive I've been calling since yesterday only to receive zero help or information to simply be rushed off of the phone

Pharmacy is fast and quick. The CVS store clerks are very helpful with finding anything you may need for product. I give this cvs 5 stars for outstanding service.

Horrible pharmacy service. You can't get through on the phone. You have to give them your info multiple times. They don't fill what you ask for.
