they have nooo idea what they’re doing here. especially the ups service. bring your own tape. they will charge you $5 to use their tape!! it’s unfortunate because they’re family owned and most of us actually want to support small businesses. this is the last place i’ll support.

Beware - stay away - use another UPS access point to prevent these crooks from stealing and lying to you and continuing doing business in our neighborhood.My experience was just like so many other reviews stating how Latin Envios lied about packages, were rude, and give you false story after false story if they have deliberately or mistakenly misplaced or stole your package.UPS IS AWARE AND WILL HOPEFULLY CANCEL THEIR CONTRACT WITH THIS ROTTEN BUSINESS.

I cannot stress enough that this business needs their contract cancelled with UPS and pave the way for an ethical and smart ownership to take up the UPS Access Point Contract. Beware.. use another UPS access point to prevent these crooks from stealing and lying to you and continuing doing business in our neighborhood. The guy who works there is a complete fool. My package was delivered there and he says no its not. He "looked" around and said it wasn't deliver and to come back at 7pm, I told him it was delivered at 12pm. I tried to be nice and give my name and number if he can call when they "find it". He laughs and tells me to go call and find my own package. Shorter story, he runs out the store comes back inside, then hands me my package laughing. This place is way too sketchy to have your packages delivered to.

Why is UPS using this place? The guy who runs it, or owns it, should find another job. I called him 3 times and each time he said he didn't have my package. He said he would check his computer and call me back but he never did. Very frustrating. The UPS tracking said he had my package!!!
