Lufthansa Lounge offers a comfortable and clean space for travelers, with a quiet atmosphere that makes it a pleasant place to relax before flights. The lounge features attentive staff who provide friendly and helpful service, ensuring that guests rarely have to wait long for food or drinks. The food options are good, with some reviews highlighting tasty choices such as clam chowder, vegetarian dishes like chickpea sandwiches and eggplant cutlets, and a variety of drinks made to order. The space is well thought out, with comfortable seats and a cozy environment, making it a favored spot for those seeking a calm area to unwind. It is conveniently located in the older part of International Terminal E, near Gate e11, with an easy access route through the new security line. While the lounge does get crowded during busy flight times, especially in the evening, it remains a clean and basic option compared to other airline lounges. Visitors appreciate the overall experience, though some mention limited food options and occasional issues with customer service, particularly regarding lost items. Nonetheless, Lufthansa Lounge provides a good standard of service, tasty food, and a relaxing environment for travelers.
Always a pleasure to stay at the Boston Lufthansa Group Lounge

Very small lounge, food options were unappetizing with mostly cold dishes, and reception staff who couldn’t be bothered to say hi or bye. Might honestly be better to just stay in the terminal since Terminal E is actually very spacious and recently renovated.
