“Excellent assistance from the store manager exploring options. We were educated on Consumer Reports reviews, so that combined with the years of experience from the manager, we found the perfect mattress! Manager spent a lot of time educating us and letting us try options from their large selection. You spend a third of your life on a mattress so pick a winner! Had a factory defect in the delivered platform and they immediately replaced it. Great service. Prices were competitive. Could you find a slightly cheaper mattress online? Maybe. But given the service and the value of the assistance from the store in selecting, we are very pleased with the purchase. We're not one of those sleaze bags that go try in the store, then order online somewhere else.”

Very disappointing to have to change our plans to receive delivery due to store error. They need to do better.”
“I’ve been having Gardner make me box spring and mattress sets since the mid 1970s when I bought my first antique bed. Liked the quality so much that since I left New England for California thirty years ago, I continue to have them shipped to me here. I’ve lived with a bad back all my life, and for custom or regular mattresses you can’t do better!”
