I recently rented my storage unit out of the East Bridgewater location and had the pleasure of dealing with Missy. She was absolutely wonderful and couldn’t have provided me with a better customer service experience! Certainly recommend!

I have used various storage units from the CubeSmart Storage facility in East Bridgewater for the past 18 years. I’ve been pleased with the facility itself—the units (both outdoor and indoor) are clean and spacious, and work well for storage needs. But what makes this facility excellent is the employees. Missy, the store manager in East Bridgewater, is exceptional! Whether it’s helping to answer questions about the rules, handling issues about billing, or general questions about your account and the unit you’re renting, Missy goes above and beyond to help renters. I appreciate her friendliness, helpfulness, understanding, and focused energy to help customers out! Your possessions are safe and secure with Missy at the helm.

I had to empty out my 2nd storage unit… it was just temporary to hold my tools. Spoke with Missy for the first time and let’s just say she was a pleasure to talk to. Still have a large unit there. Prices are great compared to others in the area and for me if the prices were the same as others… Missy would make up the difference
