I came to pick up my picture collage frame that said they would be ready at 5pm and when I get there (at 5:05pm) they haven't started them yet but said they will start now and be done in 20 minutes. After wasting time browsing around the store for that time, I go check on them. They tell me they don't have any size frame I had ordered and are checking out back. After ANOTHER 20 minutes, they inform me they have none and have 2 choices: wait until they get the shipment in a week or cancel my order and go to another store. After wasting 40 minutes of my time! :)) awful service and will never order pictures here again for this reason

Another painful experience at a CVS. I walked in to purchase a mother's day card and found only the self check registers open. I actually only saw one register that an associate would man. I asked one of the 3 associates near the front of the store if the registers were open. They said only the self check out registers were open. I placed the card on the register an associate should be running and walked out. Take a lesson from Market Basket and not use self check out. They're ALWAYS BUSY.....CVS...NOT SO MUCH!

It is so fun, stopping by the CVS on Bedford St after a long day, to be virtually ignored by the 30-ish male Pharmacist (?) for several minutes until he felt like mumbling "illberightwithyou" and wait several minutes more. He took my two prescriptions and proceeded to ask me for all the personal information already on the prescription (address, phone, insurance--it was a computer-generated prescription my dr uses) and let me know that one of them was for something sold over the counter. I said, "yes, I am aware. But the insurance, as I am sure you are well aware, doesn't allow me to buy actual medicine with my FSA without the prescription. To which he asked, "Oh, you want to use your FSA?" Can't put anything past him, I tell you. I'm only sorry I interrupted his day. I thought that standing at the register at the "drop off" area indicated he was the one I should go to. My mistake, I am sure. Anyone recommendations for another pharmacy in the area?

I will not check out at this store again if I see the ignorant childish cashiers that I encountered on 11/19/18 (near closing time). First of all they sounded like a pair of 15 yr old high school girls with an extreme case of the giggles. I found it rude and inappropriate for them to be giggling like children as I'm trying to check out and whispering like 5 yr olds. Then on top of that they had a side kick by the register dressed in all camo from head to toe (looked like he came out of an episode of duck dynasty) who was offering his ignorant opinion and had a problem with customers being in the store close to closing time! He doesn't even work there and made me extremely uncomfortable from the minute I saw him in the parking lot, I actually hesitated to go in. I had 10 minutes to check out and if this store closes at 10pm what is the rush?! I worked as a cashier and tendered to customers until 9:30pm closing time with no complaints! Just because the store closes at 10pm doesn't mean you will fly out of there immediately at 10pm, get that straight! Cashiers have no right to let non-employees hang out by the registers especially if they make customers uncomfortable (I know this from experience)! I'm guessing he was waiting for his lovely Ms. Giggly-Pants high school girlfriend, but he needs to do it elsewhere and keep his d*** opinions to himself! They are so lucky there was no manager there because it was closing time, but I will take this up with customer care. I ended up not buying anything after I asked them what was so funny. I left everything and walked right out because I am not giving my business to these ignorant fools! (Review Cross-posted on Yelp and Facebook)

This is for the newly opened CVS appx 100 Bedford street. I handed them a prescription on Wednesday, never used a CVS before. They were helpful, really young, and the place was bright and clean except for the boxes that they still have piled up here and there. My prescription was for a commonly prescribed drug, not an unusual or special item. They told me that unfortunately they have been out of everything since they opened and could I wait until Friday. When it would definitely be in. Busy week, so I just decided to wait bc this place is on my way home. Friday I came in to pick it up, the person helping me asked a second person about it and it looked as though she were filling it. The person helping me never came back or told me if it was in, just started to walk around near me looking for something else to do. This was awkward, but they're young and obviously just not well trained in service jobs. I asked if it was in stock & the second person helping whispered to a third person "she ordered it last night" and then turned to me and said "no. Idk why, but it is not in yet." I asked why they waited so long to order it if they told me on Wednesday that they would order it right away. She responded "uhhh that was something else" I asked for my prescription back and Walgreens filled it in 7 minutes. Walgreens took, processed, packaged up and gave me my prescription in 7 minutes. This stuff happens sometimes. But not a single person behind their counter had the sense to say "hey sorry about that". They all seemed to know that there was a mistake made on their behalf & poor organization on their location as a whole, but not one of them chose to acknowledge the inconvenience that it caused unnecessarily. On the way out I bought a pack of gum & the person had a hard time getting the correct price. Bad first experience & just a bad impression of CVS as a whole. They don't seem to have chosen someone capable to run a brand new store.

SOMETIMES THE WAIT IS TOO LONG AND YOUR ITEMS ARE NOT READY ON TIME
