“We had an outstanding experience working with the Signarama team. They printed, delivered and installed large scale signage to our event hotel that created a fully branded, visually stunning experience. They were very familiar with the hotel space and provided excellent customer service and support on-site.”
“Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and excellent service all around. Already looking forward to bringing in more of my pieces for framing. Thank you very much to Max for the framing guidance and to all the staff for the quick turnaround and beautiful result!”
“Alexa and Connor at Panopticon Imaging worked with me on a few different occasions to frame and mount extremely large photographs for some solo exhibitions i was working on. They went above and beyond in walking me through the process, helping me select the best presentation for my photographs while staying in my budget. They are the best and i recommend them to all of my colleagues! Thank you guys for everything you do for our community! 😊”

“Great quality, sizing options, and amazing customer service! My son hit a large growth spurt of two sizes from the time the order was placed to his baptism, before I picked my item up from the store, they gladly ordered a new size and exchanged it without issue! Highly recommend.”

“Roman is the BEST!! I have been coming to this UPS Store since I started my non-profit in 2018. Roman has always been an awesome help!! I am always working late and I show up late with documents I need printed out for the next day and he always stays late and doesn't get mad at all which is amazing. I am a one woman show and need all the help I can get. Knowing Roman is so kind and understanding makes my job so much easier. I highly recommend his store 100%.”

“Great store experience. I had a return, had the QR code ready, and was in and out in maybe 1 minute total. Only annoying thing is the parking in front isn't great but that's not UPS' fault. Customer service people were friendly and expedient in my request. Much better than some UPS stores I've been to before.”
“Jaylen was phenomenal! His customer service is untouchable!!! I came from the other FedEx location (just a few minutes from this location) and was so upset by the nasty customer service I experienced. I walked out and decided to try another location and I'm so glad I did. I was ready to boycott FedEx entirely and move the company's shipping services to UPS but Jaylen was so kind. If you're reading this do NOT go to 310 Paramount Dr. Go to the FedEx in the Walmart on 36 Paramount Dr. Jaylen and Chris were great!”
“I always have a great experience here! The staff is friendly and super helpful, especially when I need assistance with tech products. Plus, they usually have everything I need in stock, making my office supply trips quick and easy.”
“They are not perfect but they get the job done.Sometimes you see they are frustrated, I think because it's always busy and people in general can be impatient too. Please give these guys a credit for what they do.”
