Absolutely unacceptable. Made an appointment well in advance on the day I'm to pick it up heading home from work I show up to a sign on a desk saying they'll be back in 30 mins... I go home and receive a call 45 mins before they close saying they don't have a car for me!! The reason why? Apparently they had 2 cars at the lot, but they JUST found out the registration is expired ON BOTH CARS. It's the middle of october. So Enterprise had two seperate people driving illegally?? Don't cops get alerted when you drive by with a bad registration? I know I've been pulled over for it unknowingly in my personal vehicle and was informed that they were alerted when I drove by. Clearly this was a lie because the rented out my appointment made rental and lied to cover it up. All I was given for a solution was a customer service number. Called the number and was informed someone would reach out to me. That was over 24 hours ago for a time sensitive matter. I still have to get to work without a car now. Enterprise top to bottom is a dumpster fire. One of the worst experiences you could possibly have dealing with a rental company, and the worst part is I know I'm not alone in that thought, and clearly from the locations to customer service, and corporate their actions have shown that they just don't care

Apparently when you make a reservation here, they don't actually have the vehicles. Very misleading and frustrating.

Thanks to Colin, Jared and Amber for their service! Very Happy with the service provided! All three of them is the reason I keep renting from Enterprise! Good group of Young people!

I can always count on Nate for fast, friendly service. He is very good about explaining everything about the car and all the charges. I won’t go anywhere else.

I was simply upset that I couldn’t get a vehicle until next week, when someone hit my PARKED car. I have every right to be upset that I’m out of a vehicle until next week. BUT, that’s it, I was SIMPLY upset. I didn’t yell, name call or push the issue too far and BOOM *a HUGE sigh* “I really don’t care, I’m not a renting a car to you now and you can call another enterprise!” Dumbfounded, I called back for an explanation and my calls are being ignored. That’s super childish and unprofessional.
