“I ordered an item online and was notified immediately that it was a fraudulent place. I stopped my ATM card and wasn’t able to get to my local branch the next day. I went to the Falmouth branch and was greeted with a smile by Joshua Hayes. He explained the process and I received a new card. He then helped me reset the information on my app. After a busy day and a bit stressful about my account it was a pleasure to be treated with respect and be able to talk with a real human being. Thanks for your help.”
“I went here today to get six most recent bank statements and this lady she might have been new here she said I would have to put in a request to get my bank statements. And I would have to pay for them but this other lady said she could do it for me and I don't have to pay for them I understand the lady might be new here and thought I would need to put in a request for them but she could have asked someone else if that's the case but I'm glad that the other lady was able to help me out”

The red brick 19th century Neoclassical style bank appears to be the oldest of its kind in the town, and its exterior nicely matches the younger post office down the street.
