Julia is a very talented artist who is clearly excited about the art that she makes. She is very informative and is more than willing to take the time to discuss her techniques as well as answer any questions that you may have about her art, or the art world in general. Walking into her studio is like being greeted by an old friend.

A visit to this gallery is truly worth the trip. You will not find any finer marine art. The composition, radiant light, and colors that can only be achieved through the careful application of multiple layers of translucent colors are so well presented here. The pictures are captivating, and on par with the best of the best. The gallery itself is charming and perfect for viewing each work.Julia is engaging, low key, fun, and willing to share and explain her craft. I was overwhelmed with the whole experience... the most rewarding gallery visit I have ever had.

Julia O’Malley-Keyes’ artwork is phenomenal! Second to none, her gallery in Teaticket is a must see. The detail in each piece of her work has to be seen to be believed. We are so lucky to have such a talent on Cape Cod. Her original paintings are a treasure to own and her canvas prints are almost like owning the real thing. The only thing better than her work is she as a person. She is always willing to offer her talents especially if they can help others.

We spend most of our summers on Cape Cod. Last weekend we decided to take a brief off season jaunt just to get our Cape fix a bit early. As part of the trip my wife and I stopped by several galleries as she likes to look at the work. I hate doing this. For me it is the same feeling as going to a car dealership. The same push to buy an expensive product you don't want or don't feel for. Well I finally found the cure and it's O'Malley-Keyes Fine Art in Teaticket! The work itself is fabulous (but so are some other places) but it is a cut above particularly for the Cape/Maritime genre. What I really enjoyed though was the artist, Julia. She was there but not there. She answered all my wife's questions and was very engaging but not one shred of what I feel in every other gallery which is to buy. It was fun. My wife did end up buying a beautiful piece and we sat around the gallery and had a glass of wine afterwards. Maybe I am a s***** for the soft sell but even I enjoyed the experience and my wife couldn't be happier. If you love art but hate the experience, this gallery is well worth a visit.
