I am so delighted with the ottoman I had recovered by William Eric Upholstery. The piece came out beautifully. It was done in two weeks. I went there with a small sample of the fabric I wanted to use and the ottoman in the back of the car. He gave me a price and advised me how much fabric to buy. Really easy to work with. Excellent price. I'm going to recover a chair next. Awesome business.

Top notch! It was a pleasure working with Billy from start to finish. He advised me on where I could purchase my fabric, and mentioned that he could use any extra fabric on pillows for room coordination. The end result was beautiful! I have plans to work with Billy again in the near future!

Eric did an absolutely amazing job on building a seat cushion for a 10 foot dinner table. It fits perfectly, is well made and the process was very timely. Highly recommend his work.

Billy does an awesome upholstery job. These 2 chairs are old and belonged to our parents, but needed a face lift. Billy did an exceptional job in restoring them. He’s reasonably priced and works quickly. Near Moonakis Cafe on route 28 East Falmouth.

Billy did an excellent job on 200 year heirloom chair .I never thought it was possible .I've got a few more projects for him in the wings .Everyone I've referred couldn't have been happier .Furniture , marine upholstery anything !

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about W.E. Upholstery! The customer service is top notch. If Billy doesn’t answer his phone (very rare) he calls you back immediately, he is so flexible with your schedule for pick up/drop off, and he has great taste in choosing the pattern repeat/direction for fabric. He is GOOD! ?? He took our outdoor cushions we inherited from the previous owner of our home which were so dingy, dirty, and ugly and remade them into BEAUTIFUL, crisp, clean high-end cushions! Our patio went from drab to fab thanks to him! ? Not only is his work wonderful, he is SO affordable. I could finally get these cushions redone after years of waiting because he doesn’t price gouge like everyone else. Don’t waste your time with other people. He is a professional with a kind heart! I will tell everyone I know about him, and am thinking about having him reupholster the sofa we inherited the last owner, too, now that I know he does stellar, affordable work. Life long customer here now. Thank you, Billy!

Eric is amazing fast and affordable he worked with me to have the perfect touch to my boutique , he takes his time and he is very attentive and gives great ideas for options if your not really sure !!! He has created beautiful pieces for my boutique and also created a gorgeous sign as well ... good heart great service !!! High recommend him for any and all upholstery needs!!!
