“I grabbed a bike from Goodwill and wanted to make sure the brakes, chain, and overall bike was in good shape to safely ride. I drove over to Family Bike & Sports in EL and they were so kind and helpful! They quoted me a tuneup but never pressured me into the service, the staff suggested what to check for in a used bike and offered to help if any issues came up later on. I also did call beforehand and they were more than happy to check out the bike I just purchased.
