We stumbled across this storage facility in East Longmeadow and was very pleased with the services we received from Ms. Lissette - she was professional and knowledgeable of the sizes and location of the storage units. Ms Lissette advised us of the current specials and post special cost. Ms Lissette also gave us tips on how to protect items that we are storing. We have lots of storage options in the greater Springfield area and it was nice to have someone like Lissette explain in detail why SROA is a great choice.
