I had a wonderful experience setting up my storage rental thanks to Iris, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. She was not only professional and efficient but also incredibly kind and patient when I had a lot of questions. I was trying to choose between storage rentals and she was really helpful in that process. I am grateful she followed up with her manager to ensure every detail of my rental agreement was handled perfectly. Her attention to detail and follow-up with me has made moving much less stressful.
The facility itself is also excellent - super clean, climate controlled (the AC is working great at the time of writing this review), and the place is easy to navigate. The lanes between units have plenty of space for parking and unloading. It’s in a good, safe neighborhood, so I feel comfortable accessing my unit anytime. Overall, a great experience from start to finish and I am really grateful for Iris for making me feel confident this was the right choice for what I need from storage right now.

Nice, clean climate-controlled storage units. Never had any issues accessing, and responsive customer service - I lost my key when moving out and they quickly were able to cut my lock for me with no extra charge. Only opportunity I see: monthly prices are raised intermittently, and without any sort of communication (except on invoice itself). Would be nice to know when my monthly fees are increasing, and to understand the reason why.

Super east to deal with! I had texted a space for my father last week. And it was same day service, I didn’t have to go into the office. All the details on how to access was super easy via email and my representative Silk told me exactly what to do and what to expect. Silk was very professional and gave us a precise amount. No up selling. And it was so easy, that I got a space for myself , right near my dad’s storage.
