G&A performed a coolant service on 2018 330i a month ago for $2100. On week 5 the car started to leak coolant again. I brought the car back and they quote me $1600 for a ‘water pump gasket’. Understanding there are limited components to a BMW’s coolant system (8) and (5) of those are hoses (1) is a water pump and (2) are cheap temperature sensors, the question boys and girls is, “WTH did I pay $2100 for a month ago?”. Shouldn’t my car had been pressure tested before pick up? Hopefully they do right by me, otherwise I’d never be able to recommend them.

I found this place on Google. Alfonso was great to figure out the bulb my car needed, ordered them and replaced quickly. It was an easy appointment. Communication and the price was good. I would recommend them. Thanks for accommodating me.

I took my car there it was a Mercedes gl and they didn't do a good job at all they did a scratch in the front bumper they dirty the interior with grease and Alfonso said he put a part in and he never did. I showed him what the car needed and he said that it was something else and it was exactly the part i told him it needed. Before taking the car there think about it. For me is not safe..
