Another stellar experience with Gogeeks!! In all the years I've worked with the guys from Gogeeks, I have never been disappointed. This time I needed a new computer as my old computer (purchased from Gogeeks many years ago and still ran great) couldn't support Windows 11. I opted for a laptop rather than another desktop. The whole process from dropping off my CPU to having my system delivered to my home was quick and easy. The data transfer was complete and left everything just where I am used to finding it. J delivered my laptop and gave me a great tutorial on the new system and Windows 11. I know I asked a dozen stupid questions but J has always been so receptive to my questions and always treats me with respect and good humor. As I did with my desktop, I will be taking the laptop back for periodic tune-ups in the years to come. Once I discovered Gogeeks, I have never gone anywhere else. Thanks everyone at Gogeeks.

Five stars from this reviewer!!! I have been a customer for 20 years and for good reason: Excellent service by extremely capable technicians who treat the customer with respect and patience ... and solve each problem completely. Prices are more than fair... in fact a real value.
Go Geeks is always easy to contact, an actual person answers the phone and starts immediately taking care of the issue, sometimes right over the phone. Stan (owner) has done a terrific job with his company. If only all service companies were run so well.
Kudos to Stan and special shout out to Kyle and Jason. Pros all the way.

Went in to get security update. Stan suggested the computer have a tune up, as it had been a while since last tune up. Stan and staff finished within a day. All were very courteous, efficient and helpful. Said that if I had any questions, to call them and they would assist me. Will definitely continue with their services.

I have purchased 4 new computers from Stan and the Go-Geeks crew over the past 20 years, and been satisfied each time. They deliver what they say they will, when they say they will do it. And, the equipment works as promised! When I've called with issues, they're always willing to help. I continue to use Go-Geeks even though I've moved over an hour away-it's worth the drive.

Jason came out to my house and he was amazing. He was funny and pleasant and made sure everything was up to date. He also came to blow out my tower and I have shiny surfaces again. If Jason comes to your house, you can't go wrong. MAE

I brought a laptop in to be evaluated. It cost me NOTHING for the diagnostic charge for which I'm grateful. So, bottom line, this time around, it cost me nothing but, the next time I need a laptop or need to have one looked at, I am going to GoGeeks.
They were knowledgeable and didn't want to gouge me, as I said, didn't charge me at all for the diagnostic fee.
This is way different from my last experience with a local "pc repair company" (can I say Affordable PC Repair here or will it invalidate the comment?), which was terrible.
At any rate, from now on, I am a GoGeeks customer.

You know that feeling you get when something bad happens, that sinking pit in your stomach, well that describes what happened. I simply cracked my computer screen and having done this before, I was ready to fix it. I ordered the part and for some reason couldn't set up my new screen. I brought it to go geeks. They have done work on my laptop before so I had confidence it was a quick fix. Then the call came, I ruined my computer!! You think OMG!! my info, all my files.....I wanted to throw up. I needed to order a new computer. Days of sick worry about my info ensued. They assured me they could clone my old hard drive onto my new laptop, but the skeptic in me said "not with my luck". Well, they did it!!!!! My new computer looks exactly like my old computer.....files all in check, even icons, microsoft office, adobe photo shop, all my word documents....it was all there and in working order. I want to thank everyone at Go Geeks for alleviating the massive stress I had over this. What a great job!! Hopefully I won't see you again for a long time, but knowing you're right there is a relief. THANX!!!Keli F East Longmeadow, MA
