“After a very rough start with this merger of Pryor Insurance and Chase Clarke via many frustrating phone calls last August 2023, I finally made a visit to the new office in Holyoke which proved to be the necessary move to finally smooth things out. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist at the door who introduced me to someone named Christine who proved herself extremely competent and able to fix any issue as was the case with my previous agent who moved into a different position (Diem).
