The staff at East Longmeadow branch are kind and generous people. They took very good care of my family member so well, it brought me to tears. They protected and served without hesitation. I opened an account and will always be a member for life. Again, with so many financial problems all of us are going through, it is a relief to have honest and caring people be by your side. They installed an enormous and hideous two story sign across the street from my home. Now it has giant, bright red time and temperature information... Because that's not available at all times on our phones. What an eye-sore.When I first complained I spoke with an extremely rude VP, Kevin, who laughed at the idea that having the equivalent of the bat signal but for a ethnic nationalist adjacent 'non-profit' (he said business) was just reasonable advertising..The money you wasted on this hideous monstrosity should have gone to your members, no?If they treat their members like they treat their neighbors, they'll be spitting in your faces in no time.

I opened my accounts online with PNCU and stopped by the East Longmeadow branch (which was the closest to my home) as I needed assistance with the new accounts. My first impression with the service was outstanding. I was treated like a customer should be treated. And I was impressed that they had soft drinks and snacks available for their members to enjoy while they take care of their transactions. Most banks that I have been to in my 38 years of life have either a water cooler or complimentary coffee. Also the employees at this bank made me feel very welcome and that they valued me as a customer. I have tried other local banks and they were not the right fit for various reasons (poor customer service, monthly maintenance fees, or “strings attached” deposit requirements) but PNCU is going to be the bank I keep. I work in a customer facing job where I serve customers on a daily basis and the employees at PNCU deliver the same outstanding service I try deliver to my customers.

Love this credit union. Great perks. Great people that work there. I just wish they had more branches.Update. My previous review was for Premier Source Credit Union NOT Polish National Credit Union. I am not a fan of PNCU.

I bought the house across the street from this bank and had been intending to switch to a local bank. It won't be this one. Shortly after I moved in they erected a massive red monolithic sign and now my living room looks out on a billboard for their corporate logo essentially. This is a quiet low key neighborhood and nearly all the other businesses nearby have signage on their buildings. It's an abhorrent anomaly and infuriates me every time I look out my front windows now. I tried to complain directly to the company, but they haven't responded. Edit: spoke with their VP Kirk who was dismissive and dishonest about the changes which were made.
