I am not from local but I had a package ship from nj to this post office has lost in transit back in February. Today a guy named Marie Quinn called me and let me know he tracked down the package and now is going to deliver to the guy in town. I told him I need package route back to me because the buyer doesn’t needed anymore it was for Valentine’s Day I had already refunded him so Marie ran to the facility looking for the mail carrier got the package wrote reject and package will come back to me. I really appreciate nowadays post office worker like him works so hard thinking about customers not themselves. This will never happens in my local post office 07090 they don’t even give you a receipt has tracking on it they ask you get it done yourself with kiosks. I really wish everyone works at post office like Marie Quinn.
Thank you.

She tells me she is busy so I have to leave. What does that even mean lol? The attitude here is pathetic, the lady treats everyone like dirt. It must be nice to get union pay without having to do any real work.
Fire these disgusting employees and get some real workers! Here is my package in case they decide to lose it.

I visited the post office this morning, already feeling a bit anxious due to previous experiences - I'm sure a lot of people can relate the dread. Fortunately, this time my visit wasn't complicated—I just had two return packages with prepaid labels. There were three people ahead of me, and the line moved fairly quickly; I waited about 10 minutes. The customer in front of me had a more complex issue, so I placed my packages on the counter and began catching up on some messages on my phone.
After about two minutes, I suddenly heard an abrupt, "Are you ready!?" Confused, I brushed off the tone and politely handed over my packages, greeted her, and answered her questions courteously. Unfortunately, the energy was not reciprocated.
The service noticeably shifted when it came to me. While the other customers ahead of me received pleasantries like "hello" and "thank you," I received none of that. Even after she finished processing my packages, she simply handed me the receipt—no "thank you," no "have a good day"—unlike the three customers before me. All I did was wait for my turn—make it make sense?!
Overall, it was disappointing. I came in with the simplest task, yet I was met with a cold, impersonal attitude. I hope Sheetal, can work on treating all customers with the same respect and courtesy, regardless of how easy or difficult their queries may seem. A little kindness goes a long way.

Foe being a bigger post office it has become one of the worst to go to. Employees have terrible attitudes. Mailed something fragile and put that it was on my order. The lady refuses to put fragile stickers on. If you're that miserable go get a different job. Avoid this branch at all costs.

Mail never gets picked up for delivery from my mailbox until maybe the next day even though red flag is up. I never received any of my birthday cards and hardly ever mail. Don’t know where it’s going but definitely not to me.

This postal provider is very irresponsible with delivering the correct mail to the correct address. Extremely rude and unprofessional when you let them know they have delivered it to the wrong address.

$30 to send a 2lb pkg to my little cousins in Ireland on Oct 24. Here it is, Nov 9 and it has disappeared off the face of the earth. I was able to track it as far as customs in Dublin and then, black hole. When mailing, I was not advised at the East longmeadow office that a pkg to EU should be send priority with insurance. How hard would it have been to tell me that. There are other options for mail now. I will never rely on USPS again.

The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. The "two stars" is because of intermittent service in the self-service section. The sign says the last pick up on the package drop off bin is at 5:30. There have been a number of times I've dropped off at 5 and tracking says it wasn't collected until the next day, making it run late.

Had mail held because we were away. Needed to com home early. Couldn’t change the re-start of delivery on website. Called East Longmeadow Post office. Spoke to- not sure of name— Michelle or Lisa?—immediately answered phone and said “no problem, I will let your carrier know” . How so “ old world” and nice??

No Christmas stamps. Unless you want one with otters on it. 2 weeks now. Its Dec 6. This lack of stamp choices is a common theme here. My complaint to the manager is met with excuses and justification.
