“Not knowing where to begin or how to even start the process of getting repairs on my highlander, I did know I wanted to take it to Ace Auto body. I had once taken my Jeep Wrangler to the shop for tire repairs many moons ago and remember how easy the process was. I ended up following Ace auto body’s page on Facebook and saw how John was strictly for the customer. Post afterpost John spoke about difficult claims and rightfully doing the work on the vehicles that the customer deserved. I spoke with John and asked for help starting this. John took the time, gave me a rundown on how the process works and what to expect. Taken back by the first conversation with the insurance appraiser I remembered what John said. Weeks went by the appraiser and John went back and forth not getting very far. With more helpful advice John sent me in the right direction with the insurance company. At the end of the day my number one concern was my vehicle being safe. Being a mother with a child with heart issues my biggest fear was a major impact to my child’s chest while in his car seat. This was a very realistic fear knowing the appraiser did not want to replace the tire that took the brunt of the impact along with many other parts and tests that needed to be done. Today I received my highlander back with much gratitude and appreciation for John and his crew. I feel extremely confident that my vehicle is safe. I wouldn’t recommend any other auto body shop!Services: Tires”
“Larin automotive is a fantastic shop to work with. Their staff are all incredibly friendly and communicative, and their techs are absolute experts. I do most of my own work on my car, but for the stuff I can't do, Larin is the only shop I'll use. I drive 45min out of my way to work with them.Most recently, I had an entirely new suspension setup installed on my car. The techs at Larin not only did a fantastic job with the installation, but they even did their research with the parts manufacturer to be sure that are adjustable specs were set up in the most ideal way.Use Larin, you'll love them.”

“A friend and I went to look at a truck at Norwood Volvo last night. Within a few minutes, despite the cold, their salesman Fred came out to ask if we had any questions about the truck. After looking at nearly every other dealership in the area over the past few weeks, and having been ignored by the salesmen at each and every one of them, it was refreshing that Fred took the time out to come out and talk to us. “George and Ken’s is the best. The did very high quality work on my Tesla Model S a couple years ago for significantly less than another high quality body shop quoted me. Most recently I brought my Tesla Model 3 in for an estimate to repair/paint a chip on my door and a scrape on the body above a rear wheel. They looked at it and suggested that they could touch up the paint while I waited and if that wasn’t satisfactory, they’d setup an appoint for a more thorough repair and painting. 15 minutes later they were finished and I couldn’t tell where the scrape had been—and they refused to charge me!”
“Quality Auto recently performed general maintenance on my Toyota hybrid vehicle; they called me to review recommendations for what work was needed with parts and labor estimates; the work was completed exactly on time with a final cost about $50 below the estimate; but most importantly I had previously received an estimate for the SAME work from a Toyota dealer which was approximately $500 higher!!”
“These guys never let me down, I've had several issues with my cars over the years and they constantly take me in at short notice and try to help me out unlike the other shops around. The owners really care and are like family to me at this point, you're better off here, I personally know many people who only come to D&D and there's a reason for that. 100% recommend!”
