Good prices, plenty of options. Customer service, poor! No greeting when you walk in, no please, no thank you. They do not make you feel welcome. Don't ask them any questions because they are annoyed if you do. Best bet is to go on the website,search what you're looking for and pick it up.

Love the place but my last visit I bought a defective cart. Local roots, one of the $20 specials. How do I go about trying to get a break next time I'm in? I don't have the original packaging anymore but haven't been able to hit this thing once. Pretty aggravated.
