Wow - overpriced AND surly service
I used to shop here all the time, and be willing to overpay for items purchased here since the helpful and knowledgeable service was very much worth it to me.
However, most recently, between the unbelievably rude woman behind the cashier, and a senior sales person who may possibly be involved in the ownership of the store, who is also both unpleasant and unhelpful - I will not be returning.
If I am to pay more at this hardware store than other places, I will be going to the ace hardware store in Orleans, where I hope to find better service.
The Eastham ace hardware store has lost my business forever.

The Eastham Ace Hardware is THE place to go for any home improvement projects and solutions. Their associates are extremely knowledgeable or can get the assistance you need. They always ask if they can help you to find the items you need. They do not try to over sell the customer , it is legitimate assistance for solutions to your project! I often walk in and say “I know I have you stumped this time” , ! However I have not got them yet. They always have what I need!! I highly recommend them. They care about their customers as neighbors and friends. You will agree once you have your first visit.

I had a fantastic experience at Ace Hardware thanks to Zeke! He greeted me warmly and really took the time to understand what I needed. Zeke’s product knowledge is impressive, and he offered excellent suggestions that made my project easier. His friendly attitude made the shopping experience enjoyable. Setting up a second home for the summer Ace is right down the street. It’s got all those little things that I need and I was unable to double up on or I have doubles but don’t have them here and also they keep good hours every associates been helpful half a dozen times I’ve been there, but the prices are summertime high.
