Very nice and helpful people generally. I live year round in Eastham and go to this store often. One problem though; they sell EGO products but don't service them and "have no idea where to go to have them serviced". I bought my mower and a string trimmer at this store and am very disappointed that I can't get help with this issue.

Like other Ace Hardware stores, the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I'm not sure if it is the training or the culture but always happy to go to an Ace.
