Atlantic Oaks RV Resort is a modern, family-owned campground offering large, wooded, pull-thru sites with full hookups, 50 Amp service, and HD cable TV. The park is clean, quiet, and very well-maintained with a beautiful, natural setting of mature shade trees. It serves as a great home-base for touring Cape Cod due to its excellent location in Eastham, providing easy access to the National Seashore, Provincetown, beaches, lighthouses, and the Wellfleet Drive-in Theatre. A significant advantage is its direct access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking. Amenities are extensive and include clean, modern restrooms, free private hot showers (both inside and outside), free wifi, a laundry, a dog park, LP gas and propane sales, a playground, a store with supplies, and a security gate. The staff is consistently noted as friendly, helpful, and fantastic. Guests appreciate the thoughtful details like mini picket fences at sites and excellent trash and recycling service. The main critique is that sites are sandy dirt, which can be dusty. Overall, it is a spacious, incredibly nice place with plenty to do, leading many guests to eagerly book return visits.
The campground was nice. Great water pressure. Nice showers. Office helpful.

Great family owned park!! Staff and park was nothing short of fantastic!! We already booked a return stay in October. And as a side note they seem to have excellent trash and recycling service. Thank you guys, see you in a few weeks.

Our first time staying at Atlantic Oaks. The park was clean, quite and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. We will be back again.
