I have not been a regular customer of Connors, but when I called with a failed starter, they recommended a local towing service and had it repaired the next day for a very reasonable cost. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Recently had a break down in Eastham, my car was brought to Connors, the professionalism and the respect I received as a first time customer was above and beyond. It's a busy time in the summer and I was a surprise customer (overnight surprise) and they fixed my car right up and had me back on the road in just a couple of days. I am usually a huge critic of mechanics, but they are all very kind, polite and knowledgeable and I believe they treated me very fairly. I'm very impressed.

Extremely helpful and creative in fixing the car. The bottom noise reduction panel was ripped off during some flooding at the Cape bridge. I showed up unannounced 15 minutes before opening. I was visiting family in Eastham and felt something odd coming from the front passenger side suspension. Upon inspection, I noticed the locking nut on my Jeep’s lower control arm was not in place, most likely not tightened by the alignment shop I had been to earlier that month.I was unable to tighten on my own as there was some corrosion limiting motion. Ryan put some heat to the nut, locked it down and all was good!Very grateful for the professionalism, knowledge and expeditious manner in which this repair was done. 5 Stars for Connor’s Car Care.Service: General repairs & maintenance
