Good location and clean rooms with cooperative staff. However, there’s no microwave in the room, breakfast isn’t included, and the stay feels a bit expensive for the amenities provided.

Terribly run down. Room had old wall air conditioner leaking on the the floor. Mold risk. The cost regardless of a cape location not even close to worth it.

43 year anniversary trip. We return every year as it’s a great location, and of course for sentimental reasons as we eloped here. Clean, wonderful waitress for breakfast, and desk staff helpful. Very large room. We enjoyed our.stay very.much. See you next year!

Hotel Review: Four Points by Sheraton Eastham – Cape Cod ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
If you’re looking for a comfortable stay near Provincetown without paying Provincetown prices, the Four Points by Sheraton Eastham is a solid choice. Located about 25 minutes from Provincetown and Herring Cove Beach, it’s perfectly positioned for easy access to the Cape’s outer attractions while offering a more laid-back, family-friendly vibe.

The lobby and lounge areas are modern, open, and inviting, with plush seating, soft lighting, and stylish décor. Whether you’re sipping coffee, catching up on emails, or unwinding after a beach day, the cozy seating spaces make it feel relaxed and welcoming.
🏊 Indoor Pool & Atrium
The indoor pool area is the highlight. A soaring wooden-beam ceiling with natural skylights creates a warm, airy atmosphere. Surrounded by balconied rooms, greenery, and plenty of loungers, it feels like a small tropical escape right on Cape Cod. Perfect for families or anyone who wants to swim no matter the weather.
☕ Amenities & Extras
Complimentary coffee station in the lobby
Comfortable seating for casual work or socializing
On-site dining options with a stylish bar setup
Short drive to Herring Cove Beach, Race Point, and Provincetown’s lively downtown
🚗 Location
Distance to Provincetown: ~25 minutes
Distance to Herring Cove Beach: ~25 minutes
Centrally located for exploring Cape Cod without being in the bustle of Provincetown itself.
🌟 Overall
A well-kept, convenient, and family-friendly property with standout indoor facilities and a prime location for day trips to Provincetown and the Cape’s most scenic beaches. Perfect for travelers who want comfort and amenities without the crowds.

The room was clean, spacious and conveniently located with the indoor pool right outside our door. What stood out the most as far as AMAZING service, however, was the restaurant staff at breakfast time. The two women who run the show there are fantastic. They make you feel right at home and are so happy to help. The world would be a way better place if everyone in the service industry was as enthusiastic, hard working, and kind as those two ladies. This was our second summer staying here and they continue to shine the brightest at this hotel!
We also love the location and its proximity to everything we wanted to see. Right near the coast guard beach, tons of restaurants, a short ride to Chatham, you name it.
Will be returning next summer!

Disappointed all around. My husband travels and spends a lot of money at the Marriott resorts. We first stayed at the Marriott in Hyannis. Motel at best. Disappointed in the room services, size of rooms, cleanliness, and room smelled like cat pee. We are Marriott gold members and supposed to have a suite, but they did provide that to us as originally requested months ago. The hotel would do nothing to assist us in this matter. No one came to clean and I took out our own trash, and brought dirty towels to their hallway bins daily. They refused to extend our stay by one day, and we were only able to get a hotel at the four points Sheridan cape code in eastham. Needless to say, I was disgusted. We were only staying a day, but I rather sleep in my car. The pool seemed nice until we headed to the courtyard. Bugs were all over the pool side and even a cockroach went into my daughter’s box of skittles (which was on one of the tables). Prior to that, the bar had unexperienced bar tenders that didn’t know how to make drinks so my husband assisted. I would have let that go, but not the cockroaches… gross!! they wanted to offer us candy in the gift shop, Food that night and in the morning breakfast, but I cannot eat a thing here. Thank God, this was in our main stay. We are switching back to be Hilton awards members.

Closest Marriott property to Providence. They also have ChargePoint chargers. Use AAA to get best price. Indoor and outdoor pools are great.

While the rooms can be a little dated, they are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very polite & helpful. Our son loved the indoor pool and the location provides convenient access to the outer cape. There's also a bike trail that connects behind the property.

We’ve stayed here every year for the past 3 years and this year, housekeeping is only every other day (which is not an issue for us) but if you wanted housekeeping outside that schedule you had to schedule it 24 hours in advance (!). For housekeeping - we always just want towels replaced and trash collected. So we requested this in the AM asking if this was OK since it was outside of the “schedule”. The front desk said they’d mention it to housekeeping. We arrive back around 7pm and everything was still there. My husband went to the front desk - they had him lug the 3 sets of towels and gave him trash bags to put the trash in and directed him to just dump everything outside our door. Definitely not the service you’d expect. My husband feels it’s just the 2 people at the front desk manning the whole hotel! Attention MARRIOTT - We are Marriott BonVoy members and often say in Marriott hotels. Service was definitely subpar this year at this hotel

Mike at the front desk got us checked in super early, and brooks at the bar kept the kids happy with some super quick bites and drinks for us when the kids couldn’t hack the line at Arnold’s.
The location is literally the best, didn’t hit any pmc traffic and close to coastguard beach. Room was super spacious (extra room double queen) and the indoor pool (and outdoor!) was so dope that our kids didn’t want to leave the hotel (which I guess is kinda a con 😂). That said we convinced them and took advantage of most of what the outer cape has to offer. Would stay again, but I may need another CC signup deal to afford it!

Had a nice time staying here recently. Rooms were spacious but nothing fancy. Did not get upgraded as platinum. No free breakfast but they do have a restaurant. Indoor pool is awesome for kids
