Overall, very good. Someone on our side of the building used weed at night and the smell got on through the bathroom vent. That said, beds were comfortable. Staff were nice.

No idea if this hotel is actually nice. We made a reservation and then had to cancel it and it took a full 90 minutes to get someone to help us. Awful customer service, impossible to deal with.

Great hotel for a last minute stay. Spacious room and bathroom. Clean. Only complaint is the business room was open but I was unable to print out some papers cause there was no ink. Breakfast in the am was fairly priced and decent. Service was

Out of season, nothing is open, not even able to have a drink. Breakfast was great, service was attentive. Room was clean. Bed was too soft for my preference.

Clean, modern, nice pool. Location is close to lots of attractions in that part of the Cape. Will return for sure.

The rooms are the most dreary ever. Small window, dirty bathrooms, weird layouts. The restaurant is only open 7-10:30, and the hallways and gym smell. It's cheap for the Cape, but do yourself a favor and find a better place.Rooms: Absolutely terrible rooms with bad AC, dark and dingy flooring, and sparse housekeeping.

Our suite (nauset suite) was dirty upon arrival. Hair on bathroom floor, hardwood floor area was filthy, crumbs on rug in bedroom and a used pair of contacts from someone’s eyes were on the bedside table. Rooms smell like mildew and are outdated. Walls and ceilings have cracks and are dirty. Mildew in shower. We paid $800 a night ($1600 for 2 nights) and had to pay in full upon arrival. Would never stay here again. My guess is management could care less as they can get the business due to minimal lodging in the immediate area.

Rooms and hallways smell moldy. Room AC sounds like a plane taking off; never shuts off. As a platinum Elite member I was completely shocked with how uncomfortable my accommodations were. Had to cut my trip short due by a day to lack of sleep and incessant sneezing from the moldTo top things off, access Door “C” didn’t work

Extremely Disappointed: Unsanitary Conditions and Unprofessional StaffI am utterly disappointed with my recent stay at Four Points Sheraton. Our room was infested with ticks, which immediately raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness standards. The incident was made even worse by the disrespectful treatment we received from TABITHA at the front desk. The discovery of a tick in our room was appalling and unacceptable. As guests, we expected a clean and hygienic environment, but the presence of such parasites showed a lack of proper maintenance. This not only compromised our comfort but also posed potential health risks. When we approached TABITHA at the customer service desk for help, her response was shockingly rude and accusatory. Instead of addressing the issue, she insulted us by suggesting that we brought the tick inside ourselves. This unprofessional behavior only added to our distress and disappointment. It is disheartening to experience such a stark contrast between the advertised values of Four Points Sheraton and the reality of our stay. We had expected exceptional customer service and a commitment to cleanliness, but we received the opposite.I strongly urge the management of Four Points Sheraton to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, offer a sincere apology, and take appropriate disciplinary action against TABITHA. Furthermore, they should compensate us for our stay and ensure that such incidents are not repeated. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Four Points Sheraton based on our deplorable experience. It is essential for the hotel to reevaluate its standards and improve staff training to provide the quality service and cleanliness guests expect and deserve.

PICK ANOTHER HOTELAbsolutely disgusting hotel with TRASH service. We woke up to a live TICK in our room and I'm sure there are more in the dirty, dark carpet of the rooms. We went straight to customer service and TABITHA was extremely rude, gave us attitude, and insulted. While speaking with her, there were multiple NAIL CLIPPINGS on the front desk.On top of this lack of cleanliness and rude demeanor, there was no viable solution for the issue. As loyal Marriott members, this was unexpected, disappointing, unacceptable. This hotel is not clean and has not been exterminated. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Great location. Large rooms for the room with two queen beds which is facing outside. Restaurant staff is amazing, food is ok. Front desk stuff is not always friendly or welcoming. Not always smiling. The room was booked for 4 people but only 3 sets of towels was in the room. I called the front desk and asked if they can do towel service the next day, and if I should live the dirty/wet towels outside to be replaced with a clean set, since the room is only cleaned every other day. I was told by the front desk lady that it was fine. I left all wet towels outside in AM. Came home in PM, all towels outside were taken and no new towels were provided in the room. Called the front desk and spoke to a gentleman. He said if you leave wet towels outside, they will be taken and not replaced. Maybe he and the lady I spoke to earlier, as well as the cleaning stuff need to get all on the same page. It took a while to get a new sets of towels because the front desk has “run out of towels”. I think the hotel should resume daily cleaning. It’s no longer COVID pandemic, so not cleaning rooms daily is inexcusable! We as customers pay more and get less. The hotel should have number of towel sets that correspond to the number of people on the reservation and not less. People at front desk can be a bit more friendly and welcoming, more upbeat, and not act like they are doing you a large favor for checking you in. With that said, I will always stay again due to location and large rooms.
