Decided to spend money on gel polish. Worst decision and waste of money. Is this really what it’s supposed to look like?? horrible! I’m going back to get this taken off. It’s only been five days. So bad!
They made this right it was so nice of her,
took off the polish seven days later and offered to give me money back, but I didn’t accept that so I would definitely go back for a manicure again just probably not gel!

I had a great experience here. I’ve lived out this way for three years and never went here. For some reason I always chose to go to the nail salon options in Orleans. After numerous bad manicures at multiple places in Orleans I had finally had enough. I’m so glad I decided to give lovely nails a try. They take their time and don’t make you feel like you’re paying for a rushed service. Great pricing and lovely people. This will be my new place!

We went this morning for the first time and were so impressed. Our group had Manis and pedis and they were all done so nicely! We felt so comfortable and the service was so friendly. A true gem, this is our new favorite spot!!

The place is a little tired looking but they did a good job on my pedicure. Friendly too. No upselling which is surprising— usually nail salons ask me what type of pedicure I want in order to upsell.

I unfortunately can not recommend this place for dip or necessarily a manicure. The employees were nice and my regular pedicure was nice but my dip manicure with extensions was not done well, my nails are wonky and lopsided. I mentioned this before I left but it ended up only getting worse so I had to try to fix at home. Just wanted to mention for those looking to get dip as it is expensive so to not like your nails can be disappointing. My mom’s nails were also filed poorly for her regular manicure.
