Never had this happen ever...I'm a pilotcar for Oversize loads. I delivered a truckload of swimming pools yesterday, stayed the night at the Sheridan, In Eastham, MA. Checked out , drove to the shell station to get fuel and start my trip home. (THERE AS A MUCH BIGGER AND BETTER STATION; CUMBERLAND FARMS, ACROSSED THE STREET. I get a fuel rewards discount at shell, even though it's not much, it adds up in a year. I Fuel everyday when I'm working, sometimes twice a day. Anyway I began to fuel, empty my trash from my 5 day trip, and the attendant came running out the store and in formed me "It was against the law to empty my trash!" I was astonished, never in the entire country, have I ever heard that. After a scuffle, and him abruptly returning my trash to me and told to take it with me. I then asked him to show me the law, he huffed back into the store, which was left unattended with customers inside. I went inside, to see this law, he couldn't find it and then called 911. He says the police will explain it to me. Police arrived lights and sirens, I gave them my ID, and told my side of the story. Basically officer says no law that he knows of, however probably should leave. I did after I pumped $60 of fuel. I'm sure the officers we a bit miffed, on the Missuse of 911 for something so trivial.

Better to choose the gas station across the street. This one has dirty portable toilets for bathrooms. The canopy over the gas pumps have holes and leaves you exposed to the rain while pumping. Needs to be remodeled desperately and include modern bathrooms.

This place always stocks a great variety of local MA beers. Never thought I would say check out the gas station because of a great craft beer scene but I guess here I am.

It’s a small store, but sells some common good items including Hershey bars. Not the best, but a good store nonetheless.

This shell site is clean and has great to solve daily needs from gas to food and daily items needs. Came into site for gas and saw how much was available for car and diesel tracker trailers, home, and camping needs like oil and firewood. There is an atm, air machine, vacuum, (beer and wine) and fresh coffee at this location aswell which helped me in the morning and night fun. This site sells gas and diesel and a huge selection of treats and drinks for your trip. It also has a tracker trailer style diesel hose site can also fill diesel cars must come and check out.

What a ripoff this place is. Just got onto Cape Cod with our camper and the truck was low on diesel and the diesel exhaust warning message was on. After filling up with diesel I went in to ask if they had diesel exhaust fluid. Sure did. At 25 bucks! I usually pay around $12. Without knowing the Cape I bought it. I later found a Napa and got another jug for $13.

A fairly big lot to get a big RV/ 5th Wheel in and out. Came here as they sell diesel fuel- prices are competitive with other stations in the area. Busy intersection on Rt 6. Be careful pulling out.

Scam or poor service? Denied 2 of my credit cards both at the pump and inside. I then called Amex and they told me there had been no requests to charge my card. Same with VISA. I then went to the Gulf station across the street where my card was run through immediately at the pump. Concerned that they are stealing my card info.

I have filled up at this gas station many times in the past and was satisfied with everything. This time, I was very dissatisfied. I filled my tank and then I wanted to clean my windows. I saw no squeegees, so I asked inside and was told "We don't have any." No apology, no explanation. This is not the sort of hospitality that I would expect on the Cape. My father, and his parents grew up in Eastham. I will not be going to the N. Eastham Shell station again.
