“We stay at Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod several times every summer and always enjoy coming back. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and gift shops nearby, and the rooms are always clean.
The only downside is the front desk staff, who have never been particularly friendly, welcoming, or accommodating during our visits. A more positive and helpful attitude would make the guest experience even better. That said, we’ve come to expect it and don’t let it affect our stay because we genuinely enjoy everything else about this hotel.
Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable hotel in a great location.”
