They don't respond to emails and rarely answer the phone. Sent out notice that my monthly bill would be increasing $6, which was around 6.5% increase. Okay, no major issues. Go to pay bill for the next month and shows price actually increased over 23%. Sent an email that went unanswered for over two weeks so I called 4 times. Finally received someone and the response I got was, "Oh yeah I don't know why they worded it that way, must have been the 3rd party vendor. I'll let my boss know about that." Great, I'll take my storage business elsewhere because not only is your 23% price hike ridiculous, but your customer service is atrocious.

We had a unit for Over a year and never missed a payment. I received a new credit card so automatic payments stopped and I missed the payment date this month. My husband loaded a bunch of things to take over there today, and going to pay when he got there, to find that access to our unit was suspended. It wasn't even two weeks late and I had corresponded with someone by email already. I don't make a habit of late payments for anything, but I've never heard of a company that stops access after 1 late payment. We will be looking to move our business elsewhere as soon as possible.

Absolutely Phenomenal experience! I cant recommend Moove in storage enough! I am a college kid and I was running so late and my phone had died and they were able to get me in and out in under 10 minutes and charged my phone for me! The kindest and most amazing employees - THANK YOU JAY AND KATE!!!

It was nerve-wracking booking a storage unit for the first time, but I got a great discount booking online! I booked a 5x10 unit, showed up to pick up my keys (two keys and a lock are included with the unit), and moved my stuff in! It's a little bit of a drive, but the unit was clean and service was great!

As a college student, who needs off campus summer storage options, Moove In Self-Storage has been a reliable and an accommodating choice. The units are decently priced and are very clean. Their costumer service has also been great. Only complaint is they only do reservations a week out and have limited carts to transport items once at the unit.

I am a college student who was looking for summer storage. Jay and Katlyn were both extremely helpful in getting my storage box set up for the summer, were very patient with explaining all of the details, and returned my emails and phone calls immediately. The facilities are clean, the price is amazing (though there is a hidden $24 transaction and $12/mo insurance fee), and I will absolutely be coming back for my subsequent summer storage.

We had a great experience at the EastHampton Moove In Storage. They were responsive to our needs, made appropriate suggestions for the size of storage based on our quantity of stuff and offered useful tips for moving. The facility is excellent. It’s clean, temp controlled, well maintained,!has security cameras and sits in a hill. Jay and Katlyn were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Moove In.

Katlyn helped us lease a storage space and was so kind and helpful! The rental process was straightforward and fast (~15 minutes), and really made what would have been a stressful moving day way more manageable. Would definitely recommend them!
